This slab of stone called out for an ethereal image. I saw the female form right away with the wing. The stone was too brittle to use a chisel so I used my diamond blade with the angle grinder to release her from the stone. As the sun hit her she glowed. The piece is magical. I left a small part of the stones's white skin , creating a feminine silhouette.
